My name is Joao, and I’m a motion graphics artist specialized in 3D and 2D animation currently looking for a role where I can contribute with the marketing team to create beautiful and effective marketing designs.
I’m based in Porto Alegre, a vibrant city in southern Brazil.
My journey into 3D began when I was just 13 years old, driven by a fascination with how Pixar movies were made. That curiosity led me to experiment with 3Ds Max, modeling simple objects just for fun.
As I grew older, I pursued a degree in Advertising, which allowed me to refine my 3D skills and expand my expertise in design for the advertising world.

My professional career started at Morya, an advertising agency, where I worked as a Designer and Art Director. During my time there, I gained valuable experience understanding how brands operate creatively, and I also began exploring animation and motion graphics.
Next, I joined Playstudios in the PlayAwards division. Playstudios is a gaming company primarily focused on casino games. Initially hired as a 3D designer, I later transitioned to a Motion Graphics role, where I contributed until March 2026.
